ANALISIS BOLLARD PULL TEST PADA KAPAL TUG BOAT GT.117 DENGAN SISTEM PROPULSI FIXED PITCH PROPELLER (FPP)

Abstrak

Bollard Pull Test merupakan pengujian standar untuk mengukur kemampuan gaya tarik statis kapal tug boat pada kondisi operasi penuh. Penelitian ini menganalisis hasil Bollard Pull Test pada kapal tug boat GT.117 yang dilengkapi dua unit motor induk tipe 6HA2M-WDT dengan total daya 596 kW dan sistem propulsi berupa dua set baling-baling empat daun Fixed Pitch Propeller (FPP). Pengujian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 2 Oktober 2025 selama 10 menit dengan beban mesin 100% (RPM = 1.850), menghasilkan 120 titik data gaya tarik. Analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukkan rata-rata bollard pull sebesar 8,567 ton, standar deviasi 0,335 ton, nilai maksimum 9,321 ton, nilai minimum 7,657 ton, dan koefisien variasi 3,91% yang mencerminkan stabilitas pengujian yang baik. Perbandingan dengan nilai teoritis berdasarkan teori cakram aktuator menghasilkan gaya dorong teoritis total sebesar 8,967 ton, sehingga rasio aktual terhadap teoritis mencapai 95,6%. Setelah koreksi resistansi angin sebesar 0,018 ton, bollard pull terkoreksi adalah 8,585 ton. Hasil pengujian memenuhi persyaratan klasifikasi Bureau Veritas (BV) dan standar operasi pelabuhan. Faktor kedalaman air (h/T = 5,85) dan kecepatan angin 8 knot dinilai tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap validitas hasil pengujian. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur teknik perkapalan Indonesia dengan menyediakan analisis kuantitatif komprehensif terhadap kinerja propulsi tug boat berbasis data pengujian lapangan yang terstandarisasi.
