Jurnal Teknologi dan Riset Terapan (JATRA) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal managed and published by the Research and Community Services Center of Politeknik Negeri Batam. The journal is published biannually, in June and December.

JATRA is committed to the principles of open access, ensuring that all published content is freely and immediately available to the public. This approach promotes wider dissemination of knowledge and fosters global academic collaboration.

The journal welcomes original research articles in the field of Applied Engineering and Technology, including but not limited to:
