Studi Pengaruh Nilai Availability Mesin Stamping Terhadap Jumlah Hasil Produksi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh availability mesin terhadap output produksi di PT XYZ. Pengumpulan data dilakukan selama periode Januari hingga Maret 2024, dengan fokus pada downtime mesin, total waktu operasional, dan jumlah produksi mingguan. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan perhitungan Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), dan availability, diikuti oleh analisis korelasi antara availability dan output produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang sangat kuat antara availability dan output, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,852. Pada Minggu ke-6 dan Minggu ke-11, terjadi downtime yang menyebabkan penurunan availability masing-masing menjadi 98,41% dan 97,96%, yang berdampak langsung pada penurunan output produksi. Berdasarkan hasil ini, direkomendasikan agar PT XYZ meningkatkan pemeliharaan preventif dan meminimalkan downtime untuk menjaga availability mesin pada tingkat optimal guna memaksimalkan hasil produksi
