Sistem Sistem Monitoring Telemedis untuk Pengukuran Tekanan Darah Berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) menggunakan MPX5700DP dan Jaringan LoRaWAN

Sistem monitoring telemedis memungkinkan pemantauan tekanan darah secara mandiri yang dapat dilakukan oleh pasien secara real-time dan dipantau oleh tenaga medis dari jarak jauh melalui aplikasi Android dan platform web Firebase. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memantau pengukuran tekanan darah dengan menggunakan sensor MPX5700DP yang terhubung pada jaringan LoRaWAN. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa alat ini mampu mentransmisikan nilai tekanan darah dengan akurasi tinggi, dengan nilai sistolik memiliki akurasi 98.0% dan presentase error 2.0% dan tekanan darah diastolik memiliki akurasi 97.1 % dan presentase error 2.9%. Sistem telemedis untuk pemantauan tekanan darah berbasis IoT dengan teknologi LoRa memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan deteksi dini dan perawatan kondisi hipertensi, serta memberikan akses yang lebih baik bagi pasien dan tenaga medis.
