The Journal of Logistics and International Trade (JLIT) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and availability of all published scholarly content.
JLIT recognizes the importance of digital preservation as part of responsible scholarly publishing and adopts appropriate archiving mechanisms to safeguard its published articles against data loss and to ensure continued access for readers and researchers.
Digital Preservation
All published articles are permanently archived and maintained through the journal's electronic publishing platform. The Editorial Office regularly performs system maintenance, data backup, and security monitoring to ensure the integrity and availability of the journal's content.
In addition, JLIT may participate in recognized digital preservation services and archiving initiatives, such as the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe), CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS), or other trusted preservation systems, subject to the journal's technical infrastructure and institutional policies.
Institutional Repository
The journal encourages the long-term preservation of published articles through institutional repositories and other trusted scholarly repositories, provided that the original publication in JLIT is properly acknowledged.
Author Self-Archiving
Authors are encouraged to archive the published version of their articles in:

Permanent Availability
JLIT is committed to maintaining permanent online access to all published content. Published articles will remain accessible through the journal website, except in exceptional circumstances involving legal or ethical issues that require editorial action in accordance with the journal's publication ethics policy.
Metadata Preservation
The journal preserves bibliographic metadata, including article titles, author information, abstracts, keywords, publication details, and Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs), where applicable, to support long-term discoverability and citation.
Website Backup and Security
To minimize the risk of data loss, the journal and its publisher implement routine system backups and appropriate security measures for the journal website and database.
