The Journal of Applied Managerial Accounting (JAMA) is a biannually (March and October) peer reviewed journal published by Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (P2M) in collaboration with Managerial Accounting Study Program, Politeknik Negeri Batam. 

JAMA focuses on applied research in managerial accounting and finance, emphasizing practical solutions to industry-related challenges. The journal serves as a platform for publishing high-quality empirical, theoretical, and practical articles. Topics covered by JAMA include, but are not limited to:

Sponsorship Disclosure
JAMA is published and fully supported by Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (P2M) in cooperation with the Program Studi Akuntansi Manajerial, Politeknik Negeri Batam. The journal does not charge article processing or submission fees.

History of the Journal
JAMA was established to provide a scholarly forum for research and development in managerial accounting and finance, with a focus on real-world applications and industry problem-solving. Since its inception, JAMA has consistently published quality articles, contributing to academic and professional discourse in the field.

Accreditation
Since December 2022, JAMA has been accredited with SINTA 4 by the Ministry of Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, as recognized by Director Decree No. 0187/E5.3/HM.01.00/2023, dated March 12, 2023. This accreditation is valid until Vol. 10, No. 3, 2026.
