Article Withdrawal Policy
The editor-in-chief or guest editor of the journal holds full and independent responsibility for deciding which articles will be published, guided by the journal's editorial policies and legal requirements related to libel, copyright infringement, and plagiarism. The scholarly archive serves as a permanent record of academic contributions, and articles published should remain unchanged whenever possible. However, in rare and exceptional circumstances, articles may need to be withdrawn, retracted, removed, or replaced under exceptional circumstances:
- Withdrawal: For early versions containing errors or accidental duplicate submissions.
- Retraction: For ethical violations, such as plagiarism or fraudulent data.
- Removal: Due to legal limitations.
- Replacement: When incorrect data could pose a health or safety risk.
