The Effect of Communication, Promotion, Employee Loyalty and Career Development on Employee Performance at PT Manufacture
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of communication, promotion, employee loyalty and career development on the performance of PT Manufacture employees. The quantitative method was chosen as the research method because it is concrete and real. The population used is all employees of PT Manufacture, Injection Molding Factory Department, production staff and operators. Saturated samples are used in sampling. To assist in the data analysis process, the multiple linear regression analysis method was chosen in solving existing problems. Furthermore, Software Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26 was chosen to process and help hide hypotheses. The results of this study state that communication, promotion, employee loyalty and career development affect the performance of PT Manufacture employees partially and simultaneously.
