<p>This research was conducted in order to determine the effect of financial literacy on the consumptive behaviour of students of the Batam State Polytechnic Managerial Accounting Study Program. Quantitative research is the method used in this research. This research obtained data by distributing questionnaires using a Likert Scale. The population in this research were 161 students, and using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, the respondents who were sampled in this research were students of the Batam State Polytechnic of Batam State Polytechnic Study Program with 64 respondents. This research uses simple linear regression as a data analysis technique, this analysis is carried out through the use of the SPSS version 20 program. The results showed that financial literacy significantly negatively affected the consumptive behaviour of students of the Batam State Polytechnic of Managerial Accounting Study Program.</p>Dedi KurniawanM. <p>Infineon is a manufacturing company that in the production process produces a lot of hazardous waste. This study aims to identify potential hazards and risks using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method that exist in each work sequence, as well as determine risk criteria, provide risk assessment and risk control. The stages of data processing start from sequencing work steps, identifying hazards and risks, assessing the risk of potential hazards and determining proposals for controlling potential hazards. The results of this study found that the potential hazards that can cause injuries and work accidents in hazardous waste management are mostly related to chemical spillage and manual handling. There are 10 jobs that have a risk value of 6 and 2 jobs that have a risk value of 4. Improving work safety can be done by educating especially to waste operators and equipping PPE cabinets so that they are easily accessible.</p>Ayu PuspitasariDea Larasati

<p><em>This research aims to analyze how PT SMB implements the learning organization framework. A learning organization consists of three pillars; first, an environment that supports learning, second concrete learning processes and practices, and third is leadership that supports learning. This study is designed as an exploratory descriptive research and uses qualitative analysis method. There were two research tools consisting of questionnaires and semi-structured interviews conducted consecutively. The results showed that two of the three pillars scored below the median. The first pillar, environment that supports learning scored 81 above the median score of 71. The second pillar, concrete learning processes and practices scored 68 lower than the median score of 78. The third pillar, leadership that supports learning scored 74 points lower than the median score of 76. The results of the questionnaire data are also supported by data from interviews with PT SMB's top management, so this shows that PT SMB has not fully implemented a learning organization, so PT SMB needs to make improvements and improvisations to the implementation of the learning organization.</em></p>Himawan Mochtoha

<p><em>This study aims to find out determine the number of influence of the variable brand image, location, on buying interest through instagram social media at Coffee Shops in Tangerang City. The method of this study is quantitative, with respondents all consumers Coffee Shop Tangerang City Case Study in Kala Coffee & Eatery and Kedai Seruput, which numbered 100 persons. The technique analysis used is simple and multiple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis testing methods, namely t-test and F-test. The results of hypothesis testing state that partially or simultaneously Brand Image, Location, and Buying Interest variables positive and significant effect on the Instagram Social Media variable, with the number of influence of each partial effect being 24% and 19%. However, the magnitude of the simultaneous influence on the independent variable on Purchase Interest is 46.6%, while the remaining 53.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. <p><em>This research aims to analyze the relationship between brand image and price and how it affects customer loyalty for Somethinc products and customer satisfaction as intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach, collecting primary data via questionnaires using survey methods. In the research sampling, the purposive sampling technique was used. A total of 200 people who used Somethinc product made up the research sample. The Smartpls application was then used to evaluate the survey data using the SEM-PLS analysis technique. According to the study's findings, brand image and price affect customer satisfaction, but brand image have no bearing on customer loyalty. Price and customer satisfaction, on the other hand, have an affect on consumer loyalty. <p><em>This research aimed to understand and determine customers’ preferences for the first ride-hailing application named Gojek. Product attributes were used as independent variables, and categorized into three indicators: product quality, product features, and product design attributes. Preferences were determined by measuring utilities and importance values using the conjoint analysis method. The population of this research comprised Gojek application users in Batam, with 160 respondents determined by using a rule of thumb specified for conjoint analysis. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and processed using SPSS 22. The research results indicated that among the three indicators of product attributes, product features dominated the respondents' preferences, as evidenced by having the highest importance value, with the GoPay payment feature level being the most preferred. In second place was product quality, with data security and privacy as the preferred attributes at that level. <p><em>Live commerce media facilitates more transparent trade. This research investigated how trust in a streamer affects trust in a product, as well as the influence on the trust factor on purchase intention and the willingness to pay more. This research fills two empirical gaps. First, the number of studies on live commerce user behavior is still limited. Second, previous research on live commerce is restricted to a single platform and a single product category. SEM-PLS is used for analysis on 956 live commerce user data. Trust in streamer is statistically supported to have a positive effect on trust in product. Streamer trust and product trust are statistically supported to have a positive impact on purchase intention and readiness to pay more. The quantitative method was chosen as the research method because it is concrete and real. The population used is all employees of PT Manufacture, Injection Molding Factory Department, production staff and operators. Saturated samples are used in sampling. To assist in the data analysis process, the multiple linear regression analysis method was chosen in solving existing problems. Furthermore, Software Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26 was chosen to process and help hide hypotheses. <p style="font-weight: 400;"><em>The objective of this investigation is to assess the alignment of manufacturing company operations with the standards outlined in ISO 9001:2015, and subsequently modify organizational protocols to adhere to these standards. Business Process Improvement (BPI) methodology is employed as a framework to facilitate the examination, supplemented by the DMAIC approach for in-depth analysis. Utilizing the DMAIC methodology yields protocols that conform to the ISO 9001:2015 criteria, particularly focusing on the clauses pertaining to Product Identification and Traceability procedures. Amendments are implemented by incorporating the material delivery process flow and requisite control mechanisms to ensure the traceability of materials/subparts back to the company.
