The study combines the aspects of the SBIFT model—Scope, Base, Influence, Formula, and Temporal Right—along with qualitative research methods and website content analysis to assess the way service providers organize their pricing. The results show that tax service providers largely employ packaged services as a means of luring customers, and that cost-based pricing functions as a fundamental instrument for making decisions. The report also notes the application of per-unit pricing based on service volume, open pricelists for efficient pricing communication, and subscription models for defining client usage windows and improving revenue stability. These insights contribute to the understanding of how tax service providers can implement effective pricing strategies to improve service delivery, foster customer loyalty, and ensure profitability. The study encourages further exploration of pricing models in the context of tax services to refine approaches and enhance service effectiveness.</p> Ria Anggraini, Arniati Arniati, Diah Putri Rahmawati ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.polibatam.ac.id/index.php/JABA/article/view/8378 Tue, 01 Oct 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Improving Employee Performance: An Intervening Model of Organizational Culture on the Influence of Servant Leadership and Employee Engagement https://jurnal.polibatam.ac.id/index.php/JABA/article/view/8390 <p style="font-weight: 400;">This study investigates the enhancement of employee performance by utilizing an intervening model of organizational culture to examine the effects of servant leadership and employee engagement. A cross-sectional, quantitative approach was employed, collecting data from 155 respondents through online surveys and social media discussions. The study used binary logistic regression to assess the impact of factors such as age, income, shopping preferences, and the use of TikTok for gathering information about thrifting. Results revealed that only the use of TikTok significantly influences thrifting intentions, while other factors like age, income, and shopping methods were not significant. Additionally, social media discussions reflected strong public disagreement (96.9%) with the government’s 2023 ban on imported second-hand clothing, with most respondents engaged in thrifting for its economic and environmental benefits. The study concludes that social influence, particularly through platforms like TikTok, plays a vital role in promoting sustainable consumption practices in Indonesia.</p> Dewi Kurniaty, Aris Subagio, Ayu Andriani Simatupang, Nada Fathimah Nursaffanah ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.polibatam.ac.id/index.php/JABA/article/view/8604 Mon, 30 Sep 2024 00:00:00 +0000 The Influence of Brand Signature and Brand Reputation on Brand Performance https://jurnal.polibatam.ac.id/index.php/JABA/article/view/8652 <p>This study uses the Kopi Kenangan brand as a case study to examine how brand signature and reputation affect brand performance.
