Customer preference theory is measured using the hierarchy of effect model. The object of research is the society of Mataram City. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis and partial test (t-test) to answer the research hypothesis. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method with a total of 384 respondents determined based on the Krejcie and Morgan table. Research data management was carried out using IBM SPSS 25. Data collection was carried out using an online questionnaire. The results of this study reveal that the variables of customer awareness, customer liking, customer preference have a significant effect on the implementation of halal supply chains in food and beverage franchise companies. Meanwhile, customer purchase has an effect but not significant halal supply chain implementation in food and beverage franchise companies. This research employs a quantitative approach utilizing SPSS version 20 and the multiple linear regression analysis method for hypothesis testing. The <em>sampling</em> technique applied in this research is <em>convenience sampling</em>, and the sample size was determined using the Yamane formula. Out of a total population of 368 employees, 192 were selected as respondents for the research. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires using <em>Google Forms</em>, as well as through interviews and documentation. According to the research, there is no statistically significant relationship between the rotation variable and employee performance. Staff performance is significantly influenced by job satisfaction. Customers of the Global Mobile Shop in South Labuhanbatu Regency made up the study's population. There were 110 customer samples in all in this study. Multiple linear regression, assessed using partial (t), simultaneous (F), and coefficient of determination tests, is the analytical tool employed in this study. By gathering annual reports and financial report data, this study was carried out on technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). <em>&nbsp;</em>The population of this research is 44 technology sector companies listed on the IDX. The sample was determined using the Purposive Sampling method using criteria. There are six companies that meet the criteria, and this research was conducted for five years, so there is a total of 30 data in this research. The type of data used is quantitative data in the form of financial reports and annual reports <em>of </em>technology sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period, which is secondary data from this research. The data analysis method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive analysis method with Multiple Linear Regression analysis using the SPSS ( <em>Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) statistical tool. </em>The findings of this research are that leverage influences investment decisions . The sales growth variable has a positive effect on investment decisions . The liquidity variable has a positive effect on investment decisions with value significant of 0.041 . Responses have to be both male and female, between the ages of 17 and 55, and have to be up to date on the terms of Israel's and Palestine's conflict. This research aims to provide insight into the relationship between work motivation, employee satisfaction, and operational performance in the mining industry. This research investigates factors that influence employee engagement at work, including career development, pay and benefits, social needs, and work motivation. Using a quantitative approach and survey methods, this research hypothesizes that job satisfaction influences work motivation. By utilizing survey methods with questionnaires and interviews, quantitative data was collected from field workers in the mining sector. Statistical methods are used to analyze data and test the influence between research variables. References include theories of motivation and job satisfaction, as well as related research in the mining industry. This research utilizes a quantitative approach and survey method by distributing questionnaires to 83 field workers at PT AI. The research hypothesizes that job satisfaction influences work motivation. The relationship between independent variables—age, tenure, knowledge, availability of PPE, and HSE supervision—and the dependent variable of PPE compliance was assessed using the chi-square test in SPSS 24. The findings indicate that age, tenure, PPE availability, and HSE supervision do not significantly influence or correlate with employee PPE compliance. The results show that tax service providers largely employ packaged services as a means of luring customers, and that cost-based pricing functions as a fundamental instrument for making decisions. The analysis included testing both the measurement model (Outer Model) and the structural model (Inner Model). The aim was to assess whether employee performance can be improved through the impact of servant leadership and employee engagement, mediated by organizational culture. The results reveal that servant leadership and employee engagement have a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. Additionally, organizational culture positively and significantly affects employee performance. Servant leadership and employee engagement also directly influence employee performance. A cross-sectional, quantitative approach was employed, collecting data from 155 respondents through online surveys and social media discussions. The study used binary logistic regression to assess the impact of factors such as age, income, shopping preferences, and the use of TikTok for gathering information about thrifting. Results revealed that only the use of TikTok significantly influences thrifting intentions, while other factors like age, income, and shopping methods were not significant. Additionally, social media discussions reflected strong public disagreement (96.9%) with the government’s 2023 ban on imported second-hand clothing, with most respondents engaged in thrifting for its economic and environmental benefits. Respondents are Indonesian-domiciled men and women between 17 and 55 who drink Kopi Kenangan and adhere to our criteria of following the most recent coffee news. This study uses closed-ended questions with a Likert scale with response categories of strongly disagree, disagree, agree, and highly agree.
