However, low carbon steel has limitations in terms of corrosion resistance. There are several ways to increase corrosion resistance in steel. One of them is by providing a layer of protection on the steel surface. The steel plating method used is the electrolysis method or electroplating method. This study aims to determine the influence of variations in current, voltage, temperature, and time on the thickness of the coating formed on steel. The steel plating process is carried out by electroplating process where the coating material or anode is Nickel (Ni) with dimensions (60 mm x 30 mm x 0,1 mm). In comparison, the coated object or cathode is SK5 steel with dimensions (50 mm x 20 mm x 0,3 mm). The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of Current, Voltage, Temperature, and Time Variations on the thickness of steel using electroplating processes. Moreover, all factors will be optimised to achieve the best thickness for steel. Consequently, the corrosion resistance of SK5 can be significantly improved by increasing its thickness. The current variations were used 1A, 2A, 3A, and 4A; voltage variations were used 3V, 6V, 9V, and 12V; temperature variations were used 30°C, 40°C, and 50°C; and times variations were used 0 m, 5 m, 10 m, and 20 m. Based on the results of research that has been carried out on all samples, it is concluded that current, voltage, temperature and time affect the thickness of the sample in the electroplating process. Maka dari itu dengan produk yang penulis rancang ini akan menjadikan blower yang lebih ramah lingkungan serta meminimalisir pencemaran udara yang disebabkan oleh asap rokok. Alat ini dapat bekerja secara otomatis dengan menjadikan logika fuzzy sebagai sistem pengambilan keputusan, sehingga lebih efisien dalam penghematan daya serta langsung melakukan filterasi terhadap asap tersebut menggunakan air agar asap yang tadinya dihirup dapat di minimalisir sebelum di buang ke udara bebas untuk pembuangan exhaust yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa alat bekerja sesuai dengan perencanaan, yang mana alat bekerja ketika mendeteksi asap >0 ppm alat akan bergerak stabil secara keseluruhan dan kecepatan kipas yang disesuaikan dengan pembacaan sensor input. Sementara keadaan alat yang masih belum efektif dalam melakukan filterasi ditandai dengan pembacaan sensor output pada pembuangan >35 ppm dalam proses yang sedang berjalan maka fuzzy aktif sehingga memaksimalkan kinerja tabung filter. Pengambilan data pada saat filterasi mulai menurunkan ppm ini sudah dilakukan, dari hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem fuzzy berhasil menurunkan ppm asap pada pembacaan sensor output serta nilai error yang dihasilkan sehingga menjadi 0 pada time place tertentu sehingga alat kembali menghasilkan output yang aman. Even though it currently uses a website for publishing and social media for promotion, Polibatam Press does not yet have a company profile that can be easily distributed via various social media platforms. This research aims to develop a company profile video in the form of motion graphics to improve Polibatam Press branding. In the design process, the Villamil-Molina method was used, and its effectiveness was analyzed using the EPIC model. The research results showed that alpha testing was 4.23, which means "feasible,", and beta testing resulted in an EPIC rate of 3.92, which was interpreted as "effective." Memanfaatkan keunggulan jaringan LoraWAN, data yang dikirim memiliki jangkauan yang jauh dan berdaya rendah sehingga bisa digunakan untuk sistem telemedis pada daerah yang secara geografis sulit dijangkau untuk akses fasilitas kesehatan. Data rekaman detak jantung yang didapat dari setiap sensor yang terkoneksi dan terintegrasi dengan sistem telemedis akan melakukan pengiriman secara periodik. Selanjutnya data yang diterima diteruskan kepada server melalui LoraWAN Gateway. Sistem telemedis ini terdiri dari sensor EKG, arduino dengan jaringan lora, satu LoraWAN Gateway dan server yang terintegrasi dengan pusat data berbasis web dan aplikasi android. Elevator is a link in a tall building that has many floors. The role of the elevator which is always used by the public requires a high level of precision. In this study, researchers made a prototype elevator system using a stepper motor and obtained test results with a maximum error rate of 2% on the 10 cm elevator input using a ruler as a testing tool. The largest comparison of testing result using a ruler and using a rotary encoder is 0.2 cm or 2 mm at the 40 cm elevator input. So that coffee shops in Indonesia have increased in recent years. The coffee shop certainly produces quite a lot of waste in the form of coffee grounds. Stacked coffee grounds can have a negative impact on health and the environment because coffee grounds contain harmful chemicals such as polyphenols, tannins and alkaloids. This study aims to utilize robusta coffee grounds and coconut shell waste as adsorbents in the form of activated carbon activated with potassium hydroxide (KOH) with varying concentrations of 5 and 10%. The face image is captured by the Kinect sensor. For data feature extraction using Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM. The parameters used are Contrast, Energy, Homogenity, and Correlation. The data obtained will be classified using Multi Layer Perceptron. Face classification is based on race. There are 3 races studied namely Indonesian, Chinese and African Native Races. The total data used are 100 photos of faces. This machine is controlled by PLC which drives the servo motor. The servo motor drives the machine's swing arm so that the machine can rotate. In the process of finding a medicine, The average time it takes the machine to find the fastest medicine and the bin condition is not shaking is 5.28 seconds using 7 Rpm at pulley driven speed. At this time the Fast Shot & Slow Shot Valve setting process is still done manually (conventional), the technician must make a rotation manually and only look at the value of the needle available on the knob, therefore we need a modification on the control system that can facilitate in doing setting the valve. By using the Stepper motor Nema 17 as the output of the Omron CP1L-M30DT-D PLC and also using Encoder E6B2-CWZ6C as an input that has been calibrated, so that the round reading can be seen in HMI Omron NB7W-TW00B.
